Comfortable communicating professionally with customers, property owners and agents over phone and WhatsApp.
Working knowledge of Canva and a good sense of visual presentation.
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT will be an advantage.
Basic photo/video editing skills will be an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable handling both creative and customer-facing responsibilities.
This is a hybrid role combining digital marketing, customer relations and operational support. Candidates should be comfortable working across all three areas.

Manshir is a growing property marketplace and commercial real estate advisory platform in Bangladesh. We connect property seekers with owners, agents, developers and property managers while helping make property discovery and transactions simpler and more transparent.
We are looking for a proactive and creative Executive – Marketing & Customer Relations who can manage Manshir's day-to-day social media activities while supporting customers, agents and our commercial real estate team.
Job Responsibilities
Create simple Canva creatives, reels/short videos where appropriate, captions, and publish on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn every 1–2 days.
Maintain a basic content calendar and respond/forward social inquiries.
Call owners/agents for listing QC and availability updates.
Enter and maintain commercial acquisition inventory.
Call incoming commercial leads, qualify them at a basic level, and keep the CRM updated for consultants.
Assist agents/owners having trouble listing or using Manshir.
Handle routine customer-support calls/messages and escalate commercial opportunities or product problems to the appropriate person.
