JSK Group is hiring a experienced and potential Executive, Purchase who will manages the end-to-end acquisition of goods, materials, and services to ensure the company has what it needs to operate smoothly at the best possible cost.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and lead times.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure favorable commercial agreements.
Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders accurately, making sure specs, quantities, and timelines match internal requests.
Collaborate with warehouse or store teams to monitor stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and forecast future supply needs.
Monitor open orders, follow up on delayed shipments, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure on-time arrival.
Inspect incoming goods or coordinate with receiving staff to ensure delivered items meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain accurate databases of purchases, invoices, contracts, and vendor performance while following company procurement policies.
Work closely with finance (for invoice matching and payments), production, and operations to align purchasing with business goals.
