Responsibilities & Context
Monitor in-line, end-line, and final inspections to ensure product quality meets buyer requirements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved samples, technical specifications, and workmanship requirements for woven outerwear.
Identify quality defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production, IE, Merchandising, and Technical teams to resolve quality issues and reduce rejection and rework.
Conduct quality audits and ensure proper implementation of quality procedures and SOPs.
Monitor defect rates, quality performance, and inspection reports, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Ensure product quality and shipment readiness in line with buyer requirements and delivery schedules.
