Practical knowledge of inventory and store management.
Experience handling construction materials, especially rod and cement.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP-based inventory management.
Strong record-keeping, reporting, and coordination skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage daily inventory activities, including receiving, issuing, storing, and distributing materials.
Handle construction materials such as rod, cement, bricks, sand, stone, pipes, and other building materials.
Verify material quantities against purchase orders, challans, and delivery documents.
Maintain accurate stock records using ERP software and MS Excel.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock transfer records, and other inventory documents.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for farm construction and operations.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile stock with system records.
Ensure proper storage and minimize material loss, damage, and wastage.
Maintain records of materials issued to construction sites and different departments.
Prepare regular inventory reports and coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Engineering, and Construction teams.
