Job Context:
∎ A leading Group of Companies is looking for some R&D executives/senior executives for their renowned Garments & Textile composite.
∎ The candidates must have 2-4 years of experience in R&D of Knitting & Dyeing department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all kinds of activities in R&D and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Follow-up on time quality fabric development & maintain all documents properly.
∎ Follow-up raw material in-house to maintain the TNA.
∎ Responsible for the first bulk approval from buyer/buying house.
∎ Formulize SOP and standardize it.
∎ Risk analysis.
∎ Follow-up the bulk production to meet quality.
∎ Responsible to provide necessary support and update to buyer.
∎ Assist line manager for overall activities of fabric development and discuss in case of any technical issue.
∎ Give feedback & communicate with internal & external stakeholders to meet submission deadline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
