Factory Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations, production activities, and administrative functions.

Develop and implement production plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Manage and supervise approximately 100–120 employees and workers.

Monitor production costs, raw material consumption, stock utilization, and wastage.

Supervise Compliance  and documentation.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, equipment and other resources.

Maintain factory discipline, workplace safety, cleanliness and company policies.

Coordinate with management, accounts, store  and other departments for smooth operations.

Monitor employee performance, resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Prepare regular production and operational reports for management.
