Key Responsibilities
Design and develop commercially viable fashion collections aligned with seasonal trends and brand identity.
Prepare sketches, technical drawings, tech packs, measurement charts, and product specifications.
Source fabrics, trims, accessories, and embellishments in coordination with suppliers and the purchasing team.
Coordinate with pattern makers, sample teams, factories, and suppliers to ensure timely sample development and production.
Manage the complete product development process from concept to bulk production.
Ensure product quality, fit, construction, and innovation while keeping up with international fashion trends.
Maintain product development records and production work orders as assigned by management.
