Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any Discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all round technical issues from sampling to production independently.
∎ Sound experience to communicate with Merchandising team, factories and buyers directly.
∎ Guide factories to execute samples correctly to speed up approval process.
∎ Responsible for all fit, construction and technical related efforts from development to production.
∎ Approve the sample fitting and provide comments in technical point of view.
∎ Technical support in product engineering.
∎ Must know Pattern Making and Grading in Lectra Software/Gerber Software.
∎ Capable of reading the Tech Pack & understand designers' comments.
∎ Has knowledge of different fabrics and can differentiate the changes in pattern based on the fabric type.
∎ Knowledge in marker efficiency.
∎ Design specifications with designers, and convert their original models of garments into patterns of separate parts that can be laid out on a length of fabric.
∎ Mark samples and finished patterns with information such as garment size, section, style, identification, and sewing instructions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in 7 to 8 Years any Garments Industry Specially any EPZs.
∎ Vast Knowledge about English understanding.
