Professional skill in Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma. You can design from scratch without AI. Using AI to work faster is fine, but it never replaces your own skill.
Good written English. You read our briefs in English and reply in English.
You work independently: you plan your own work, ask smart questions and meet deadlines without reminders.
You know how each platform crops images on phone and on desktop.
Reliable internet and a power backup.

ABOUT US
CONTENCITY is a media company. We film and edit content for founders, creators and brands. We are building our brand on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and X. We need a designer to design banners for each of those platforms.
JOB CONTEXT
This is freelance work first. Fully remote. You work from home.
We pay per project, at a fixed price we agree before each project.
If your work is strong and you deliver on time, we offer you a full-time role at USD 800/month.
We judge skill, not years of experience. If your work is excellent, that’s all that matters to us.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design social media banners and posters for every platform: Facebook cover, LinkedIn banner, YouTube banner, X header, profile pictures, Instagram highlight covers and post templates.
Make every design work on both phone and desktop: the right sizes, safe zones and crops.
Keep one consistent look everywhere: colors, fonts, logo and message.
Turn a short brief into a clean design with one strong message.
