Core Technical Competencies
Comprehensive expertise in garment construction, sewing methodologies, pattern development, grading techniques, and fabric behavior, including drape, stretch, shrinkage, and performance characteristics across various product categories.
Strong proficiency in developing, interpreting, and managing technical documentation, including technical specification sheets (Tech Packs), grading rules, measurement charts, construction details, and product blueprints to ensure accurate product development and production execution.
In-depth understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and quality standards, enabling effective collaboration with design, product development, and production teams to achieve optimal fit, functionality, and commercial viability.
