JSK Group is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented GM (Medical Center) to oversee the overall operations of its branch. The GM (Medical Center) will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring excellent patient service, maintaining operational efficiency, supervising departmental activities, achieving business objectives, ensuring compliance with Wafid and regulatory standards, and leading the branch team to achieve organizational goals.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational management, customer service, and business development skills with experience in hospitals, diagnostic centers, medical checkup centers, or healthcare organizations.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and manage the overall operations of the diagnostic center.
Ensure smooth functioning of pathology, imaging, and all diagnostic departments.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and SOPs for quality assurance.
Manage and guide doctors, technologists, and support staff for efficient workflow.
Maintain liaison with physicians, consultants, and patients to ensure service excellence.
Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and financial performance of the diagnostic center.
Prepare and analyze business reports, budgets, and growth strategies.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
Handle patient complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Plan and execute marketing strategies to expand diagnostic services in the region.
Coordinate with higher management for strategic decisions and expansion plans.
Lead staff training, performance evaluation, and motivation programs.
