Responsibilities & Context
Lead the overall business strategy, operations, and growth of the real estate company.
Identify and capitalize on new investment opportunities, land acquisition, and property development projects.
Drive business expansion, revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment.
Oversee project planning, feasibility studies, budgeting, sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Ensure effective project execution, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
Build strategic partnerships with landowners, investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team while ensuring strong corporate governance and operational excellence.
Report business performance, strategic priorities, and investment outcomes to the Board/Management.
