Responsibilities & Context
Coordinate manpower allocation for packing and delivery operations.
Train and guide operators on packing standards and procedures.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
Monitor packing activities to maintain quality, quantity, and accuracy.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth packing operations.
Investigate and resolve packing-related issues to prevent customer complaints.
Ensure timely despatch of finished goods with proper documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Export, Logistics, and Transport teams for smooth delivery execution.
Monitor finished goods inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly packing and delivery reports.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock movements, and operational activities.
