Machine maintenance.
Process check.
KPI, KYT & M/C Risk assessment.
Production & Delay follow-up and shift management.
Remake analysis.
Color management of S&B Enameling.
5S & Safety management.
Communication with other section for S&B issue.
Machine operation control.
Raw & Sub-material FIFO maintain.
Set up daily production plan & Utilize Man, Machine, Method, Material & Time.
Customer place visit for claim investigation.
Ensure dress, shoe & PPE for all employees.
