Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to assist with a variety of physical tasks at our worksite. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by performing manual labor duties, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and following instructions from supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, loading, unloading, digging, carrying, and moving materials
Assist shopkeepers as needed
Operate basic tools and equipment safely
Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
Follow safety guidelines, procedures, and site rules at all times
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Prior labor is an advantage but not required
Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 15-18 KG)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Work Environment
Warehouses, or outdoor locations
Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery may occur
