স্বীকৃত প্রতিষ্ঠান হতে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে বিএসসি বা ডিপ্লোমা ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ডিগ্রি।
BNQF / NTVQF কমপিটেন্সি-বেসড ট্রেনিং ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়ায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।

NSDA কারিকুলার অনুযায়ী নিয়মিত ক্লাস, ল্যাব ও প্র্যাকটিক্যাল সেশন পরিচালনা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের অ্যাসেসমেন্টের জন্য প্রস্তুতকরন ও কমপিটেন্সি লগবুক হালনাগাদ করা।
ট্রেড সংশ্লিষ্ট ল্যাব ও ইকুইপমেন্টের মান বজায় রাখা ও রক্ষনাবেক্ষন নিশ্চিত করা।
Responsibilities & Context
Modern Skill Development Center is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the position of ট্রেড ইন্সট্রাক্টর (Lead & Co-Trainer) Auto Air Conditioned / RAC under competency-based skills training programs aligned with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver theoretical and practical training according to NSDA Competency Standards and Curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, practical demonstrations, practical exercises and assessment tools.
Train participants in automotive air-conditioning systems, components, refrigerant handling, compressor servicing, condenser and evaporator maintenance, electrical diagnostics, refrigerant recovery, evacuation, charging, leak detection, and troubleshooting.
Demonstrate the safe use of air conditioned servicing equipment, diagnostic tools, and measuring instruments.
Ensure compliance with OHS, environmental regulations, and refrigerant-handling standards.
Conduct formative and summative assessments according to NSDA CBTA guidelines.
Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and competency achievement.
Maintain attendance registers, assessment records, logbooks, and training reports.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, calibration, and inventory of workshop equipment and materials.
Support internal and external monitoring, quality assurance, audits, and NSDA compliance activities.
Develop trainees` workplace ethics, customer service, communication, teamwork, and employability skills.
Coordinate with the Training Manager for effective delivery of training programs.
