Accounts VAT & TAX

Maintain daily accounts, cash book, bank book, vouchers, ledger and other financial records of the block factory.

Record purchase, sales, production expenses, raw materials, finished goods and other factory transactions.

Prepare and maintain VAT invoices, Mushak forms, VAT registers and related documents as per applicable rules.

Prepare and submit VAT returns, withholding VAT (VDS) and Tax deduction (TDS) documents within the prescribed time.

Handle income tax-related records, returns, certificates and compliance.

Perform bank reconciliation, supplier/customer ledger reconciliation and monthly closing activities.

Monitor accounts payable, receivable, factory expenses and cash transactions.

Maintain proper records of raw materials, production, wastage and finished goods in coordination with Store and Production departments.

Prepare monthly accounts, VAT, tax and management reports.

Assist auditors, VAT officials and tax authorities during audit/inspection and provide required documents.

Ensure compliance with applicable Bangladesh Accounting, VAT and Income Tax laws/rules.

Coordinate with NBR/VAT & Tax offices, banks, suppliers, customers, auditors and consultants when required.

Perform other accounts, VAT, tax and finance-related duties assigned by management.
