Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's MBA in HRM in or any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM will be get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has to capable of setting KPI for staff & worker level.
∎ Establish KPI department to department for all staff levels.
∎ Closely work with management & interdepartmental head level.
∎ Responsible for employee performance appraisal.
∎ Review all employee performance appraisals in yearly basis.
∎ Work with the ERP team for setting KPI & performance appraisal.
∎ To work with any type of work as per management demand.
∎ Weekly visit factory for monitoring work progress.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English& presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.

Salary: Negotiable
