In order to achieve the sales target, the country's renowned electronics distributor M. R. electronics is going to be hired as Manager for Walton Plaza (St.)
Job Responsibilities:
Create sub-dealers for the Plaza (St.) to increase sales volume.
Ensure a strong presence, visibility, and market dominance of the company's products.
Enhance showroom operational activities and develop the customer-convincing skills of sales executives.
Perform showroom-level support functions, including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance, and back-office support.
Achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets of the region.
Develop showroom operations to increase cost-effective sales while minimising operational expenses.
Be responsible for the profitability of the Plaza (St.).
Prepare sales forecasts and set performance goals accordingly.
Operate customised software to maintain Plaza (St.) operations.
Maintain all documents and records accurately daily.
Manage crises effectively and ensure business continuity.
Optimise workforce utilisation to achieve service excellence.
