Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA & MBA in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Employee Engagements, Organizational Development, Performance Management System, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals.
∎ Implement development tools to meet long-term and short-term business goals.
∎ Define change management processes to improve business performance.
∎ Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPI) and goal setting for various levels of employees in collaboration with their department head, and conduct the appraisal process.
∎ Evaluate existing business systems and recommend improvements.
∎ Anticipate organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
∎ Assist in developing project proposals and plans based on customer requirements.
∎ Develop continuous process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
∎ Educate company staff on new organizational processes.
∎ Responsible for creating and developing the job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions, and the correct grading of jobs.
∎ Develop job training programs and professional development programs for employees.
∎ Develop employee recruiting and compensation policies.
∎ Implement business practices and recruiting and operating policies.
∎ Identify job positions and ensure they are filled with the right professionals.
∎ Build positive and achievement-oriented working environment for employees.
∎ Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
∎ To handle the HRIS software.
∎ Conduct the recruitment of Management Trainees (MT) program and initiatives to attract potential candidates.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of training plans, as well as the management of MT performance.
∎ Work with management to address employee concerns and conflicts.
