Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the complicated labour issues in line with Labour Law 2013 and other govt. regulation as well.
∎ Look after compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
∎ Assist Welfare team for smooth continuation of their regular activities.
∎ Maintaining of administrative/other related documents.
∎ Coordinate when Buyer Representatives or Auditors visit the factory.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ Preparation of factory floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance standards, CTPAT
∎ WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX ACCORD & ALLIANCE, C&A & H&M or as per buyer/customer standards and
∎ requirements.
∎ Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers code of conduct.
∎ Maintain all personal files and carry out monthly cross Check,
∎ Prepare and carry out orientation program for new employees.
∎ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff initiate company activity and make
∎ independent decisions affecting all operations.
∎ Maintain register separately for leave, new employees, insurance, maternity, inter-transfer, show cause warning and discharge.
∎ Maintain dismiss procedure.
∎ Responsible for Fire Drill training/ First Aid training/ Rescue training, etc
∎ Any special assignment provided by the management.
∎ Counsel the workers on general issues like: company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
∎ Counsel the absentee workers as referred by HR section, in view to reduce absenteeism & turnover.
∎ Counsel the workers who seem inefficient and efficient workers are logging behind efficiency as referred by the factory's Line Management.
∎ Counsel the workers getting responsible for Quality inspection failure.
∎ Counsel the listed Sewing Operator who is responsible for alteration/repair.
∎ Counsel workers in group wise on general issues.
∎ Counsel workers on disciplinary issues.
∎ Counsel workers on safety health & hygiene issues.
∎ Make them aware in relation to their reports & privilege, employment rules, terms & conditions.
∎ Make them aware on productivity consciousness.
∎ Make them aware on Quality Assurance improvement.
∎ Maintain coordination with the concerned HR, Admin & CSR section, Factory Head & Corporate Industrial Relation Manager.
∎ Maintain corresponding Data-Records/ Log/ Registers for different areas of counseling as up to date and submit report to the Sr. Manager- HR & Admin.
∎ Provide guidance/ assistance in view to provide them due leave, incentives and any other legal benefits as applicable by law.
∎ Provide them appreciation & participation in sports, games, social & cultural events.
∎ Provide them guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities and their legal assistance.
∎ Maintain all kind of record keeping registers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality outputs within tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent people skills, including in conflict resolution and team building, problem solving, and negotiations.
∎ Knowledge of the latest Human Resources management concepts and best practices.
∎ Strong cultural, Gender and political awareness and sensitivity.
