Responsibilities & Context
Conduct Time Study and calculate SMV (Standard Minute Value).
Perform line balancing to improve production efficiency.
Analyze production capacity and set daily production targets.
Calculate manpower requirements for different operations.
Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and production performance.
Identify bottlenecks, idle time, and process inefficiencies.
Prepare daily/weekly IE and production reports.
Analyze production data using MS Excel.
Suggest and implement method improvements to increase productivity.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and other departments.
Support capacity planning and production planning.
Maintain and update IE-related data, operation breakdowns, and performance records.
