Responsibilities & Context
Operate and maintain sewing needles and related sewing machine components as required for garment production.
Ensure proper needle selection according to fabric type, thread, and garment specifications.
Replace damaged or broken needles promptly and maintain proper needle records.
Ensure needle safety and follow the factory's broken needle control procedures.
Assist sewing operators and supervisors in resolving needle-related production issues.
Maintain product quality and minimize fabric damage caused by needles.
Follow factory rules, safety standards, and production requirements.
