Responsibilities & Context
Ensure the maintenance of the company values, code of conduct, official timing, rules and regulations
To procure order from chemists of assigned products by regular chemist shop / pharmacy visit
Timely distribute the products to the chemists/ institutes as per instruction following the company policy (Credit proposal, quotation with discount approval, credit recovery cycle and monitoring)
Team up with the sales team for better credit/money recovery
Track and remind the pending bills to the concerned persons for maximum recovery
Preserve the comprehensive chemist list and continuously update their credit recovery performance
Ensure maximization of the return of the company resources (Time and materials)
