Responsibilities & Context
Analyze sales, revenue, margins, and profitability performance of franchise outlets to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports, dashboards, and MIS for business monitoring and decision-making.
Monitor outlet-wise, area-wise, and product/category-wise sales performance against targets and historical trends.
Develop sales forecasts and support business planning using historical sales data, market trends, and business projections.
Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and key business drivers to support sales growth and profitability improvement.
Analyze stock availability, inventory turnover, sell-through rates, and aging to support effective inventory planning and stock management decisions.
Track franchise-wise target achievement, outlet productivity, and key operational and business performance indicators.
Provide actionable analytical insights and recommendations to the National Sales Head and Operations Manager to improve sales performance, outlet productivity, and profitability.
Support annual budgeting, business planning, and strategic initiatives through data analysis, performance projections, and business insights.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency, streamline reporting processes, and develop automated MIS and dashboards to enable timely and informed business decisions.
