Responsibilities & Context
Making patterns using Lectra/CAD system special
Lead the fit development from proto to Bulk maintaining fit, style, quality and measurements
Translate design /picture to technical execution/MSM chart
Dev & evaluate pattern grading & fit correction
Partner with Global design & Brands to give solution
Conduct live model fit session or Customer Fit tools to resolve fit issues
Train Pattern makers and sample QC about sample execution, workmanship
Assess production Feasibility, identify risk and recommend solution along with production team
Work experience in 3D sampling and fit developments
