Responsibilities & Context

1. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

2. Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international clients over the phone.

3. Clear pronunciation with a neutral and understandable accent.

4. Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

5. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, and web-based applications.

6. Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.

7. Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred but not mandatory.

8. Minimum educational qualification: HSC/A-Level or above (Bachelor's degree preferred).

9. Must be willing to work night shifts.

10. Fresh graduates with excellent English-speaking skills are encouraged to apply.
