Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge regarding stationary, consumable and maintenance items used in a garments manufacturing plant.
∎ Ability to negotiate with the supplier and get the best deal.
∎ Must have knowledge about capital expenditure items.
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
∎ Locate and communicate with vendors/supplies regarding purchase the items.
∎ Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and goods.
∎ Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
∎ Ability to collect the quotation from the vendors & prepare a report after compare & evaluate the price.
∎ Responsible for purchasing all materials needed to the factory's other departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have sound knowledge in MS Office programs.
∎ Good level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
∎ Ability to multi-task and strong commitment to meet deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable
