we are seeking Programme Organizer, who will responsible for ensure effective programme implementation and quality training through stakeholder coordination, regular monitoring, learner support, and employment facilitation, resulting in improved learners’ skills, successful job placement, and safe, inclusive learning environments.
Major Responsibilities
Organize and manage training batches according to the approved training calendar, ensuring quality training delivery and a conducive learning environment. Ensure coordination with other BRAC programmes.
Conduct learner surveys, facilitate admissions, maintain updated learner databases and profiles, and regularly monitor trainees’ attendance, performance, and progress.
Ensure occupational health and safety standards, maintain necessary registers and documentation, and ensure the availability of required training materials and resources.
Conduct regular follow-ups with graduates, monitor their employment and entrepreneurial progress, and facilitate self-employment opportunities.
Ensure job placement for at least 80% of graduates in the local market by establishing and maintaining relationships with potential employers.
Organise meetings and workshops, prepare and submit monthly progress reports, achieve assigned project targets, and coordinate timely processing of training centre bills and payments.
Safeguarding Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
