∎ At least 5 years’ experience of working in health or nutrition related projects. Where at least four years in international NGOs.
∎ Excellent proven experience in implementing high quality Health and Nutrition programmes, with knowledge on the latest innovations and policy related dialogue in Bangladesh
∎ Proven experience of managing primary health care and nutrition projects in rural areas through strengthening the existing health systems.
∎ Solid experience of Project Cycle Management, including the development and use of Theory of Change, log frames, M&E systems, with strong knowledge and practical experience of applying PRA/Participatory Approaches.
∎ Experience in the establishment and support of community led projects particularly engagement with Community Clinics and Union Health and Family Welfare Centres and the support structures, of these Facilities.
∎ Clear understanding of health system of Bangladesh government and experience of working in health system strengthening and capacity building project in partnership with NGOs and government departments, local government institutions.
∎ Demonstrated experience of managing and implementing inclusive and gender transformative programmes.
∎ Proven experience of working with high-level stakeholders including government ministries and donors.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills.
∎ Ability to prepare high quality reports and presentations for a range of key audience.
∎ Strong leadership skills with sensitivity in dealing with government authorities on critical issues
∎ Strong management skills and ability to motivate others and promote accountability among staff

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the RMNCAH-PM and partners to contribute to the development and delivery of the Project Implementation Plans of partners.
∎ Facilitate effective coordination and joint planning between partners to align efforts and achieve project objectives.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to extract implementation insights.
∎ Identify areas for strengthening partners' staff and program activities based on field observations.
∎ Support partners and ensure periodic M&E data of RMNCAH program is collected using appropriate tools (checklists, reporting formats, templates etc.), analysed and improvement plans undertaken accordingly. Regularly support partners in managing and tracking the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP), Budget Tracker and Procurement Plan in accordance with quality assurance guidance with the guidance of RMNCAH PM.
∎ Support to ensure timely and efficient implementation of the program by monitoring key indicators at field level.
∎ Assist in analysing project progress using MEAL information, identifying constraints, and initiating appropriate actions.
∎ Support project partner NGOs and Concern staff in understanding and demonstrating the effectiveness of project interventions and approaches.
∎ Collaborate with the RMNCAH-PM in preparing necessary reports, including programmatic and financial documentation.
∎ Contribute to the timely preparation of Grant Reviews, Partnership Roadmap Reviews, and reports for Donor or other stakeholders like government meetings.
∎ Assist in documenting best practices, innovative approaches, and changes that positively impact the lives of project participants.
∎ Contribute to the analysis of staff training needs and participate in organizing training or coaching sessions.
∎ Support the identification of local level advocacy issues relevant to project objectives in collaboration with the RMNCAH-PM.
∎ Assist in implementing local-level advocacy initiatives and building valuable relationships and networks with key stakeholders, including relevant government line departments, union parishad offices, service providers, NGOs and other actors.
∎ Assist in ensuring the project design and implementation focus on inclusive and gender-transformative changes.
∎ Ensure compliance with Concern Worldwide administrative, financial, and resource management policies and regulations.
∎ Collaborate with the RMNCAH-PM in contributing to the implementation of the Country Strategic Plan (CSP).
∎ Support the timely submission of high-quality donor reports developed with partners in a participatory manner.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The RMNCAH Project Coordinator (PC-RMNCAH) will be responsible for supporting all RMNCAH related projects/programmes assigned, implementation and delivering project activities, to ensure lasting improvement of Reproductive Maternal Neonatal Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) outcomes for climate-vulnerable targeted communities.
∎ The PC-RMNCAH will actively collaborate in overseeing the implementation and achievement of project objectives, which include enhancing the utilization of high-quality essential health services. The focus extends to fostering gender-transformative health-seeking behaviors at the household level. Furthermore, the PC-RMNCAH will provide guidance to the partner’s project team in enhancing the health system's capacity to adapt, absorb, and transform in response to shocks, ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of services in targeted communities. With the support from RMNCAH-PM, and Concern Senior Management Team s/he will work to establish equitable collaborations that enhance the quality, reach, and sustainability of locally led RMNCAH service delivery for those affected by extreme poverty.
∎ The successful candidate will report to the RMNCAH PM on a day-to-day basis, however, will have a strong coordination with Health & Nutrition Advisor, MEAL Advisor, Advocacy Advisor, Gender and Inclusion Advisor, Communication Coordinator, and Grant Specialist with other support departments.
