Responsibilities & Context
Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to handover, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget.
Handle comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, material reconciliation, and billing documentation.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing relations, technical consultations, and requirement alignment.
Coordinate effectively with design teams, contractors, and internal departments to execute project deliverables seamlessly.
Oversee site operations, monitor daily progress, maintain safety standards, and resolve execution challenges proactively
