• Good command of Bangla
• Leadership and team management skills will be an advantage

Responsibilities & Context

• Visit assigned markets, shops, retailers, and potential customers regularly.
• Promote and sell company products.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Collect customer orders and ensure regular follow-up.
• Maintain proper records of sales, orders, collections, and market visits.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
• Maintain professional behavior and communication while representing the company.
