What you will be doing:

• Manage daily accounting operations and generate financial reports

• Perform bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and manage accounts payable/receivable

• Troubleshoot complex bookkeeping and payroll issues

• Prepare and analyze financial and payroll reports

• Support management with non-accounting admin work

• Communicate professionally with clients

• Manage and complete longer projects without constant supervision

• Create tools (worksheets, AI Projects, ) to aid in future work and processes

• Guide junior team members and develop job aids and training material

• Research and oversee testing of QuickBooks Online features, workflows and 3rd party applications
