• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Always ready to work under pressure

End to end day to day maintenance of office IT system comprising (but not limited to) Laptop, Desktop, Servers, Networking, e-mail and office applications, backup and restore system etc.

Design, develop, analysis and modify networking and PC (Computer) hardware requirement for internal users and work out to satisfy the users within the given deadlines considering the requirement and analyzing cost and constrains.

Ensure the backup for all users' files, emails and company databases in timely manner.

Maintain all communication and monitoring devices like: IP Phone, Attendance System and others network equipment to meet the company business objectives.

Ensure the quality of services and goods supplied by the Vendors/Service providers as per our standard and specification. Maintain Vendors/suppliers relationship for IT products/services.

Support in IT equipment registers are in place as part of asset utilization list and maintain as per IT Policy.

Updating inventory of all hardware, software, networking components and maintaining proper documentation.

Provide IT & Communication support in meeting, conference and training as and when required
