PD ( H&M ) , FEM 4.0 & FDM experience

Conduct daily environmental monitoring of assigned production floors and operational areas.

Review chemical management practices, including chemical inventory, SDS availability, labeling, storage and spill prevention.

Check proper segregation, collection, labeling and storage of solid waste.

ISO 14001 certification

Monitor water consumption, energy use and opportunities to reduce resource wastage.

Check for water leakage, unnecessary water use, chemical spillage and uncontrolled wastewater discharge.

Verify that chemicals are properly labeled, stored and handled in designated areas.

Check that waste bins are available, identified and used correctly.

Observe environmental conditions in dyeing, printing, washing, knitting, sewing and finishing areas.

Report environmental incidents, spills, abnormal emissions and other environmental hazards to the responsible department.

Complete daily EMS floor monitoring checklists accurately.

Record non-conformities, take photographs where appropriate and communicate findings to the responsible department.

Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure is verified.

Support environmental awareness training and employee engagement activities.

Cooperate with internal audits, customer audits and environmental inspections.

Maintain monitoring records and submit reports to the EMS Coordinator.

Assist in preparing environmental objectives, targets, action plans and periodic performance reports.

Coordinate with production, maintenance, utility, chemical store, ETP, HR and other relevant departments on environmental matters.
