Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduates from Finance background are preferred.
∎ However, any discipline may apply.
∎ 2-3 years of experience in Banks/MFS/Fintech is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing and maintaining relationships with Banks, Mobile Financial Institutions and Fintech Partners to maximize the value of the partnership.
∎ Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts, including the terms and conditions of the partnership.
∎ Analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for partnerships that can drive growth and innovation.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, legal, accounts, and technical to ensure the success of the partnership and each project.
∎ Providing ongoing support to partners to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
∎ Ensuring that all partnership activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Develop and manage digital/online marketing campaigns with Bank & MFS Partners.
∎ Representing the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential partners.
∎ Complete the task assigned by Supervisor/HOD from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Knowledge of business development and partnership strategies.
∎ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
∎ Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities.
∎ Financial acumen and ability to manage partnership budgets.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
∎ Strong research and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to interpret data and generate reports.
