∎ We are currently searching for a qualified and reliable maintenance Asst. Manager/Senior Officer to lead maintenance department of our knit garments factory. As the maintenance Asst. Manager/Senior Officer, you will be responsible for managing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of our company’s facilities. Your duties will include maintaining machinery, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all kind of garment machinery
∎ Making attachments in house and giving training to all mechanics specialy on sewing machine
∎ Maintaining spare parts stock accordingly no of machines and doing proper maintenance in time to time all the machines
∎ Diagnose Machineries breakdown problems.
∎ Technical problem solving knowledge for sewing, cutting and other Machineries.
∎ Setup the line layout like Machine arrange, Folder arrange, Machine parts arrange, Support all machine adjustment & any attachment arrangement.
∎ Monitor the daily use parts check & new parts check like knife, needle plate, rotary hook, lopper change.
∎ To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure, and manuals.
∎ To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Ensure Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and sewing machinery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proven experience as a Machine Maintenance Supervisor/Manager
∎ Working knowledge of diverse machinery and measurement tools (Kansai, Button hole, Bar tack, Spreader etc.)
∎ Understanding of production procedures
∎ Analytical skills
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Teamwork and communication skills
∎ Excellent knowledge of safety methods and hazard regulations
∎ Candidates must have experience in knit factory
Salary: Negotiable
