Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnosis & Troubleshooting of Both Engine, Electrical & Mechanical Functions with CAN BUS Line using AUTEL AND LAUNCH X431.
Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out in the software system and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles.
Spare parts purchase from the local market and ensure store inventory.
Attend to customers' complaints and solve those immediately.6. Achieve service retention target.
