Job Context
We are looking for a courteous, responsible, and customer-focused female candidate to manage daily shop activities, assist customers, and support sales at our outlet.
Educational Qualification & Skills
Minimum HSC or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good typing skills in both English and Bangla.
Good communication skills, a polite manner, and professional behavior.
Ability to explain products, assist customers in making purchases, and provide excellent customer care and sales service.
Previous experience in retail sales or shop management will be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers politely and assist them with product enquiries and purchases.
Handle sales, prepare bills, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
Maintain stock records and arrange products neatly for display.
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Keep the outlet clean, organized, and presentable.
Carry out daily shop operations responsibly.

Follow the assigned opening and closing schedule and ensure the security of cash, products, and shop equipment.
Coordinate with management regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and operational requirements.
Perform other reasonable duties related to shop operations as assigned by management.

Prepare product demand and purchase requisition sheets based on stock levels and customer demand, and submit them to management for approval and purchase order processing.
Prepare accurate bills and invoices according to purchase orders, ensuring that product descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and total amounts match the approved orders.
Preferred Residential Areas
Preference will be given to candidates residing near Dhaka Cantonment, Vasantek, Kafrul, ECB, Matikata, Baridhara DOHS, and surrounding areas.
Salary: Negotiable, based on skills and experience.
