Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 38 years
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in social compliance auditing
Proven experience in garment / textile
Experience with buyer audits (EU / USA brands) is mandatory.
Technical Knowledge
Strong knowledge of ILO conventions, local labor law, and H&S requirements
In-depth understanding of: working hours, wages & benefits, child labor, forced labor, discrimination & harassment, health & safety, fire safety, dormitory & canteen compliance (if applicable)
Familiar with CAP (Corrective Action Plan) follow-up
Preferred:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience with reputed 3rd party inspection / audit organizations, having hands-on working experience with France-based customers’ factories and brands (e.g., PROMOD, Oxbow or other French/EU brands).
Highly Preferred:
Proven 3rd party inspection or social compliance audit experience with France-based buyers, brands, and their nominated factories, demonstrating strong understanding of French/EU compliance, quality, and ethical standards.

Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, audit systems/portals)

Willingness to travel extensively (The employee will be required to travel to factories across Bangladesh as needed)

Support mentoring and guidance for junior auditors
