A. Campus Activation & Student Market Development

• Plan, propose and execute University Campus Activation Programs (booths, seminars, orientation-week presence, info sessions, project showcases) in line with the approved campus plan.

•  Secure access and permissions from university administration, student affairs offices, clubs and associations; build and maintain these relationships.

• Identify and engage student leaders, club executives, alumni and campus ambassadors to create referral and influencer channels.

• Design student-friendly offers, communication and payment-plan explanations together with the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Capture every campus lead (student and parent/guardian) with complete data and hand over to the sales pipeline within 24 hours.

B. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

• Generate qualified leads through campus events, referrals, digital channels, corporate and community partnerships.

• Conduct consultative presentations of the Satellite Homes concept (studio apartments, tower-wise offering, pricing and payment plans) to students, parents and first-time buyers.

• Follow up leads through calls, meetings and site visits; manage the full cycle from inquiry to booking and down-payment.

• Address objections around affordability, financing, legal documentation and trust with accurate, transparent information.

• Achieve assigned monthly lead, site-visit, booking and collection targets.

C. Project-wise Market Development

• Satellite Homes: Basumati Satellite Homes: lead the student and first-time buyer market through campus activation, parent engagement and affordable payment-plan communication.

• Jamuna Green City, Mohammadpur: Build the prospect base for the Mohammadpur project among local residents, professionals, families and investors; support site visits and closing.

• Basumati Waterfront (Police Housing): Develop institutional and member-based channels (relevant departments, associations and communities) in line with project eligibility and approvals; ensure accurate communication of terms.

• Shwornovumi (Agro Project at Jhenaidah): Support pre-launch market mapping, investor/landowner and community outreach, and lead building for the Jhenaidah Agro Project, including field visits as required.

D. Partnerships & Market Intelligence

• Develop partnerships with corporate bodies, universities, student organizations, coaching centers, hostels/mess operators, and other relevant channel partners.

• Track competitor projects, pricing and student-housing trends, and report actionable insights to the Lead.

E. Reporting, CRM & Compliance

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, activities and pipeline in the CRM/tracker; submit daily activity and weekly performance reports.

• Prepare a post-event report for every campus activation (leads, cost, conversion, learnings).

• Follow company sales policy, pricing authority, brand guidelines and applicable regulations; represent Basumati Construction ethically at all times.

• Mentor Executives in the team on campus engagement and sales techniques when assigned by the Lead.
