∎ MBA in HRM or Masters with PGDHRM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Job Description with KRA (Key Responsibility Area) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for different positions of the company.
∎ Prepare department unit wise Organogram, Process Flow Diagram, Job Allocation etc.
∎ Job assessment, job designing & job evaluation for the process of development.
∎ Assist to develop & implement human resources policies and procedures.
∎ Coordinate several departments factories in HR related issues.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good command in English (specially writing skill) is a MUST.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
