Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have a Good command of English.
∎ Proficient knowledge of various types of lingerie and/or active wear is essential.
∎ Strong experience in handling bulk orders and sampling while collaborating with customers.
∎ Competence in interpreting and implementing tech packs and technical sheets and understanding customer requirements.
∎ Expertise in preparing cost sheets and adept at negotiating prices with customers.
∎ Extensive background in working with Local/overseas suppliers for raw material sourcing and development.
∎ Negotiation skills with raw material and fabric suppliers.
∎ Collaboration with fabric mills and trim suppliers to create new products aligning with customer requirements and cost constraints.
∎ I would like to coordinate with technical and product development teams to ensure timely and accurate sample submissions.
∎ In-depth understanding of fabrics, consumption, and order management.
∎ Diligent follow-up on customer purchase orders, grievance booking, and capacity booking.
∎ Regular updates to planning teams with precise information on raw material dates, production development cycle, customer delivery, mode of transport, FOB (Free on Board), CM (Cost of Manufacturing), SMV (Standard Minute Value), etc.
∎ Proficiency in utilising ERP and Fast React systems as assigned by the company.
∎ Monitoring the entire order execution process from development and placement to shipment, ensuring on-time delivery.
∎ Must have a Good command of English.
