Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA /Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD & ALLIANCE, ISO, C-TPAT, and other certification programs.
∎ Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers' requirements
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Payroll management and Salary sheet checking .
∎ Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and enhance employees' peace of mind.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s)
∎ :Garments
∎ The application should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, HR & Admin.
∎ A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English is very essential.
∎ The applicant Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
∎ The candidates who meet the criteria above and also interested to sit for a short quiz test for the pre-screening purposes are requested to apply
