Responsibilities & Context
At least 2 to 5 years of experiences.
Project Costing & Billing: Tracking material costs, labor, and equipment expenditures against the initial Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Verifying running bills, processing invoices, and handling retention money or security deposits.
Petty Cash & Site Expenses: Overseeing day-to-day cash transactions at project site offices.
Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 35 years
Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural construction, civil engineering, or site management, preferably in community-based or development infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, site supervision, and structural problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural drawing interpretation, and cost estimation software.
Hands-on knowledge of construction techniques, material testing, concrete mix design, and building safety codes.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, field laborers, contractors, and local stakeholders.
High level of cultural sensitivity and understanding of community dynamics and environmental conditions in coastal regions.
Proficiency in Bangla and English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking software.
