Job Context:
∎ ECTLink is one of the leading internet service provider (ISP) in Bangladesh.
∎ Contributing to uninterrupted internet supply to customers. Work with responsibility. Efforts should be made to solve any problem related to the service through the concerned person or authority.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping customer complaint and resolution register through queue management
∎ Identifying and solving problems
∎ Giving daily/monthly reports
∎ Practice speaking with a clear accent and communicating on the telephone
∎ Solving problems through patience
∎ Collecting work through field workers.
∎ Proficiency in managing Internet Mikrotik routers, OLT, ODF, Switches and RADIUS servers
∎ Manage the fiber team and line up customer issues.
∎ To be resolved & troubleshoot Internet Disconnect, Internet Slow, Interruption & Router Configuration.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for emergency situations.
∎ Any Other's duties as when order by Management.
∎ Updated and good communication skills (by mobile/email/internet, whatsapp and others) with management
∎ Working experience in Data center/POP will be considered as an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To Virtues of responsible and accountable behavior must be the right.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
