BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing a team of agents on multiple shifts and ensuring performance criteria is met on a daily basis.
∎ Driving the team to achieve the set KPI's Targets Performance & Productivity.
∎ Be the liaison between the client and the team. Own up Client Engagement and Operation Management for the process.
∎ Customer Relationship Management, CSAT.
∎ New process innovations & internalization and continuous improvement.
∎ Daily reporting to client and management on performance.
∎ Preparing presentations on weekly and monthly performance and present to the Management.
∎ Communicate with technical team to test and launch software upgrades.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 1 year experience working as a Team Lead.
∎ Hands-on experience with good knowledge on MS Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge and experience with aspect of people management.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 23000 (Monthly)
