Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's services.
Explain service benefits and service offerings to potential clients.
Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads.
Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and other approved communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Handle customer questions professionally and direct complex inquiries to the appropriate team.
Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
Prepare regular reports on calling activities and sales progress.
Skills:
Good verbal communication skills in Bangla.
Confidence in speaking over the phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales techniques.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
Good listening, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
