Territory Officer – Agri Business (Rice Business)

• Bachelor's degree in BBA or any discipline from a recognized university.

• 1–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, food or commodity products.

• Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license may be required.

Confidence Infrastructure PLC is looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional for the position of Territory Officer – Agri Business (Rice Business). The incumbent will be responsible for generating sales orders, ensuring product availability, developing retailer and wholesaler networks, following up on collections, and providing timely market and competitor feedback within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow approved route plans and conduct daily market visits to wholesalers, retailers and distributors.

• Generate orders according to the approved price list and forward them to Sales Admin for processing.

• Ensure product availability and, where applicable, proper display of packed products at retail outlets.

• Identify and onboard new retailers and wholesalers and maintain an updated territory customer database.

• Address routine customer queries and escalate product quality complaints, including relevant details and samples, to the Area Manager and QC.

• Follow up on customer payments within approved credit terms and report overdue accounts.

• Support customer ledger reconciliation with Sales Admin and Accounts and comply with company cash-handling procedures.

• Collect wholesale and retail price information for coarse, medium and fine rice varieties and competitor brands.

• Report competitor schemes, new market entrants, stock availability and customer feedback.

• Submit daily market visit, order and collection reports through the designated system.
