Responsibilities & Context
Maintain daily accounting records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, bills, receipts, and payment documents.
Maintain cash and bank books and ensure proper reconciliation.
Prepare bank payment instructions and deposit slips.
Maintain proper documentation for all banking transactions.
Coordinate with external/internal auditors when required.
Maintain records of employee-related financial transactions.
Maintain accounting records in ERP/accounting software.
